Helping children by motivating them to improve their lives through improving self image, behaviors, attitudes toward learning, ability to handle life’s challenges and their academic skills.

Great Kids Explorer Club is a not-for-profit 501(C)(3) organization that partners with Volusia County schools, churches and civic organizations to provide FREE after school programming for at-risk and economically disadvantaged elementary school students.

Great Kids helps elementary age children develop self-respect, a desire to do their best, and the ability to deal positively with difficult issues they face now and in the future. They earn better grades, become more confident and are better equipped to make healthy decisions. This is accomplished through positive reinforcement of good behavior, group activities and tutoring provided by a team of dedicated and impassioned volunteers from across Volusia County..
